The client is an Organizational Change and Risk Management consultant based in the US. They use scientific research methods to learn about the organizational culture and climate and identify the root cause of toxic behavior. Based on the findings, the client makes evidence-based recommendations and empower the organization with high proficiency in the relevant interpersonal skills to incrementally change the behavior.
Earlier the client had been providing the services in person, but the client wanted to take these services online. The client wanted to use eLearning for organizational development and was looking for a partner who could provide an end-to-end solution, starting from the identification of the LMS to the digitization of the course and the assessment tool.

From the raw content received from the client, our learning architects created SCORM compliant eLearning course that was interactive, engaging, and immersive. The assessment tool for OD intervention which was earlier a pen-and-paper assessment was digitalized and interlocks were built-in to ensure that the learners cannot skip any question. As an outcome of this intervention, all the responses are now captured in the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring easy data analysis, complete transparency, and quick response time for report preparation. Now the client heavily relies on elearning for organizational development intervention.
