Learning Everest started working with the client when they struck a partnership with us to digitize their new-hire training materials. The project consisted of a course divided into 3 microlearning sections.
The client chose Learning Everest because we were providing our expert eLearning services at a competitive price point within a shorter-than-average timeframe. What made this deal even better was our utmost commitment to maintaining a high quality of work within the timelines we promised.
The client’s main requirement was to digitize their new-hire training content. This training was previously being delivered in person but the client now wanted to make a shift and adapt it to an e-learning format.
Digitizing their learning materials would allow them to train larger batches of learners in a shorter amount of time as well as save costs and track progress.
Since the training’s purpose was smooth onboarding and induction, a positive learner experience was of utmost importance.
Thus, we made it highly interactive, with level 3 interactivities which included:
- Videos
- Branching
- Click and reveal
The overall format of the course was a structured learning experience with menus and sub-menus.
The last section of the course consisted of a thorough assessment with objective-type single and multiple-response questions. The learners had to obtain a minimum passing score on this assessment to successfully complete the course. A score below that would require them to take the training once again.
