They wanted a deliverable within a short time frame, and we were confident we could fulfill this requirement given our agile and collaborative workflow.
The Client’s Requirement
The client wanted to adapt their existing “new product introduction” training into a custom eLearning course. This particular training was a need-based program that was periodically offered to employees upon demand. The target learners belonged to the managerial cadre.
The primary pain point for the client was a low attendance rate due to busy schedules. Hence, many learners would not be able to make it to sessions on the days they were scheduled on. Additionally, the client also wished to reach a broader audience within their organization.
They gauged that eLearning would be the most efficient solution to the problem and enlisted our services.
The course was to be created on Articulate Storyline 360 with interactive elements and a voiceover for all content.
The Solution
The client SME provided the base content along with their intended voiceover script for the program.
The final product was a multi-hour learning course that followed a structured learning format with a pre-defined learning path.
Tabs, sliders, drop-down functionalities, tables, etc. were used to present content to learners in a digestible and interactive format.
