LearnX Awards are an international awards program recognizing the best talents across corporate, education, government, and non-profit & NGO sectors regardless of size. Since 2008, the award has focused on acknowledging the best in learning, development, and talent management. With thorough grading criteria, the awards honor “incredible projects and solutions that deliver best practice and business value” categorizing them in platinum, diamond, gold, silver, and bronze. Projects winning Diamond Awards
The organization secured diamond awards under three categories- Best Learning & Talent Development for the project ‘1 2 5 Training’, Best eLearning Project for the project ‘10 LSPs’, and Best eLearning Design for the game ‘The 5S Game.’
The project titled ‘1 2 5 Training’ falling under the subcategory ‘Health & Safety Training’ is an eLearning course developed for training the employees of the clients to be prepared for dealing with unsafe incidents and to foster collective vigilance. Offered in fifteen languages and two versions (employee and train-the-trainer version), the course ensures broad accessibility and impact with 100% of learners reporting they were able to gain a greater insight into the importance of workplace safety behaviors after completing the course.
‘10 LSPs’ is awarded under the subcategory ‘Cost-Effective eLearning Solution’ and offers a comprehensive training approach, encompassing in-person sessions, interactive activities, eLearning courses, and microlearning focusing on the 10 Life-Saving Principles for maintaining organizational Safety. The course was delivered within a reasonable budget and without compromising on the quality and efficacy of learning.
The ‘5S Game’ is an immersive, hands-on gamified microlearning experience designed to impart the Japanese 5S principles to learners engagingly and experientially. Widely acclaimed by global learners across Europe, Africa, America, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific, the game offered the participants tools to optimize their efficiency at work. In the words of a prominent industry expert, “This game offers an intriguing and straightforward approach to training learners on the concept of 5S. Its captivating nature keeps the learner engaged and eager to apply all five ‘S’ principles. Learning Everest has done an outstanding job with this initiative.”
Projects winning Gold Awards
Learning Everest bagged gold awards for the categories Best Learning & Talent Development for the project ‘SOPs’ and Best EdTech for ‘The Grand Pursuit.’
‘SOPs’ is a learning solution for 116 engaging & interactive mobile courses for Standardized Operational Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational excellence and customer experience, ensuring the retention of existing customers, and the smooth onboarding of and positive interactions with new customers. With multiple presentation methods, the courses attract the learners’ interests and ensure consistent awareness and adherence to procedures.
‘The Grand Pursuit’ falls under the subcategory ‘EdTech Gamification’ and is a level-based eLearning game based on the ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire’ game show. The course is customizable and offers an immersive learning experience that tests and reinforces learners’ knowledge in a specific area. With structured challenges such as Fastest Finger First with fictional characters and 10 levels of Multiple-Choice Questions along with continuous reinforcement through fictional monetary rewards, support levels and a quit button to retain earnings, and three Lifelines- 50/50, ask an expert, and audience poll, the course captivatingly evaluate learner comprehension of the topics.
