The LearnX Live! Awards are an international awards program geared at recognizing talent management and development projects that positively impact businesses, employees, and learners by providing meaningful value addition.

Diamond Award at LearnX Awards 2023

We won the Diamond Award in the Best Learning & Talent Development category for “Best Certification Training (Industry Specific).” Our entry was a bundled eLearning certification program we built for one of our earliest clients, a significant player in circular economy research, education, and implementation. The bundle consisted of interactive multi-hour eLearning modules with gamification, human voiceovers, and transcripts.

Our entry was evaluated based on how well the deliverable aligned with the overall project context, the instructional design and development process, and the overall impact, ROI, and value addition it created for our client.

Gold Award at LearnX Awards 2023

Our “5S Game” won the Gold Award in the Best eLearning Design category for “Best Game”. The 5S Game is an operational excellence microlearning game based on the Japanese 5S principles for maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe workplace. The game is an immersive learning experience that teaches learners the 5S principles by demonstrating their benefits through timed sorting challenges.

The challenges are designed to be highly relevant to the course enabling learners to grasp the fundamentals of 5S in 5-6 minutes.

Our entry was evaluated on project context, instructional and visual design and the use of assets, and the game’s impact/ROI/benefits in practice.

2023 has been a big year for Learning Everest, full of many notable firsts. The LearnX Awards are among these notable firsts, and we are pleased that both our entries were awarded, validating the quality, value addition, and impact of our deliverables.
