Learning Everest took on multiple projects with the client in 2023. They were looking for an eLearning provider that was experienced in developing high-quality courses Mobile Learning at Competitive Cost with a quick turnaround time.
With its expertise in working with Mobile Learning and the promise of quick and affordable services, Learning Everest checked off all these boxes, making it the perfect eLearning partner for the project’s needs.
The client’s requirement was to convert their classroom training material on multiple topics in the field of Professional Skills into a cohesive Mobile Learning courses with quiz at the end. They wanted the course content to have a logical flow, with relevant, action-oriented pictures to contextualize them wherever possible. Additionally, the client emphasized diverse representation in the course to make it relatable for people from as many backgrounds as possible.
In other words, the client wanted the course to reflect the institution’s core values and mission: innovation and diversity & inclusion.
They provided the base content for the module but had a strict course duration on the final outline for the eLearning version to ensure that it did not exceed the stipulated time limit.
Learning Everest was, thus, required to deliver a solution that met all of these conditions as quickly as possible without compromising on the quality of the deliverable.
Learning Everest first compiled the final content for the Mobile Learning courses, using all the training resources the client provided. The challenge here was to trim the learning material in such a way that it gave learners a complete understanding of the topics without exceeding the word limit. Once compiled, this document was sent over to the client for approval. The SMEs were satisfied with the proposed outline and returned a final version with minimal edits.
Once the final versions were received, Learning Everest developed the Mobile Learning version of the course. Interactivity was used to the fullest to keep the course engaging. Tabs, flashcards, timelines, process carousels, and images were utilized to make the course dynamic.
Additionally, headings, subheadings, paragraphs, and stylized statement blocks were used to create visual hierarchy for learners. These elements further organized each lesson into neat sections so the learners could distinguish between sub-topics.
As requested by the client, action-oriented pictures were extensively used throughout the course. These images depicted diverse individuals in a range of collaborative and solitary scenarios related to healthcare and data.
Links were also incorporated into appropriate sections with clear prompts and descriptive titles to give learners full context of where clicking somewhere would lead them.
The modules ended with a quiz adapted into a multiple-choice format with multiple choice questions.
The client was pleased with the final products and had no objections about the content delivery Learning Everest designed for these Mobile Learning Courses.
