Lean Six Sigma (LSS) combines the “Lean Concept” with the “Six Sigma Methodology” to make it the latest Management Tool in the industry for eliminating waste and reducing variation. With the growing competition and recession re-entering the industry, all those who are competent and qualified will have leverage. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training enables the participants to understand the LSS concept, methodology, basic terminology, advantages of LSS, etc. Understanding these concepts will not only make you stand out from the crowd but also change the way you look at problems and the way people look at you.
Upon completion of the course, the participant will be able to understand the basics of Lean Six Sigma and help develop the culture of Lean Six Sigma in the organization. Understanding and application of Lean concepts like 5S, Muda identification, etc. will help eliminate/reduce losses there by bringing savings for the organization.
